Hepsia Control Panel enhancements
The Control Panel was updated with a variety of new features that were embraced by both novice and experienced customers. Some of the features that received positive feedback include:
Throwaway emails, also known as temp mail or disposable email addresses, are designed for short-term use and receiving one-time or temporary communications. Users often use these alternative email addresses to protect their primary accounts from spam, phishing attempts, or unwanted newsletters. They are also a convenient way to sign up for online services without sharing personal information. With throwaway mailboxes, users can keep their inbox organized by separating temporary communication from important emails.
A guest user is a user profile created by the master account owner to grant access to specific areas of the account. It is a great tool for site owners to collaborate with others (friends, coworkers, developers, or web designers, etc.) without having to share personal login information. Account owners can customize access permissions to maintain privacy and control over shared information.
The PHP Website Profiler, integrated into the Control Panel, analyzes website or application performance by loading it directly from the web server. It eliminates variables like connection speed and network performance to focus solely on site performance. The profiler generates a report to help web developers identify and optimize slow-loading elements, improving overall performance.
Several new shortcut keys were incorporated into the File Manager to help users efficiently organize and manage their files, much like they would on their computer. By utilizing well-known keyboard combinations such as Ctrl+F, Ctrl+C, or Ctrl+V, users can instantly execute various file actions with ease.
The Hepsia Control Panel became accessible with a single click using a PWA-based browser application. By mimicking a native web app, the Hepsia app provides users with a faster and hassle-free experience. Mobile users can open the app from their home screen and use it on the go, similar to their favorite social platforms. This integration makes Hepsia a part of users’ daily mobile routine and increases engagement with your brand.
The PHP settings section of the Control Panel has been updated with new, helpful features for site administrators and developers. The list of php.ini settings now includes the following fast-access settings: error_reporting, log_errors, and error_log.
With the integration of the WP-CLI functionality into Hepsia, users now can efficiently oversee their WordPress installations through the use of text commands. This user-friendly command line tool significantly speeds up various tasks performed on the website’s backend. For example, users can utilize WP-CLI’s automation feature to effortlessly execute backups, updates, and numerous other repetitive manual processes.
Reseller Control Panel enhancements
Throughout the year, we have taken a significant step towards reaching the official release date of the Reseller Control Panel.
The beta version has been launched online, providing you as a partner with the opportunity to experience the major revamp of the dashboard. This includes:
- A much-simplified interface for store & client management;
- A more informative and well-organized dashboard;
- Quicker access to all functions within the interface.
