Domain name prices going down

As we have recently announced, we are now an ICANN accredited registrar. As such, we can afford to lower some domain name prices, since we are no longer dependent on third party companies for domain name registrations. As a result, we will lower the prices for the .CC and the .WS domain names. At the moment, the price for both domain names is $28.50/year, which is not very cheap. The new prices will be $21.50/year for .CC domains and $11.00/year for .WS domain names. The pricing change will take effect on Thursday, the 28th. The new domain prices will help resellers to better promote these two TLDs, especially .CC, which is being heavily marketed as “the new .COM”, since it’s easy to pronounce and type. And, since it’s a relatively new TLD, there is a good chance that the domain name a given customer will be looking for will still be available for registration. These prices will be the same both for new domain name registrations/transfers and for domain name renewals.
