Domain prices going down – .IN becomes cheaper
Just last week, we announced that the prices for the .TV domain name will go down 40%. This week, we will continue slashing domain name prices – our next target is the .IN TLD.
The current wholesale price of $21 USD will be cut down to $17 USD, which means that .IN domain names will be 20% cheaper. Again, just as last week, the price change will take effect on Thursday.
The .IN ccTLD is the Indian TLD, and, with India being one of the biggest emerging online markets, we expect a serious growth in .IN domain registrations. If your online store is targeted at the Indian market, or if you receive a lot of visits from there, you can try to more aggressively market cheap .IN domain registrations.
