Reseller feedbacks answered
A few months ago, we added the “Feedback” button in the Reseller Control Panel, which turned out to be a great move – we receive tons of feedback every day. However, due to the sheer volume of the feedbacks we receive, we can’t answer them all. This is why we will try to respond to some of the more interesting comments we receive in our blog posts. Comment: I am almost completely satisfied; I would like to see an option to provide my clients with monthly and quarterly payment options, but at the moment my clients must pay on an annual basis. Reply: For many years we have tried to convince our customers that annual payments are better for them, since they allow us to keep the pricing low. However, we are planning to introduce a monthly billing option as well. At the moment, we don’t have an ETA on this and for now, annual payments are the only option. Comment: Please, I am in Nigeria and I wish to register my DNS but I cannot send money out of Nigeria through Western Union. Please, what other means can I use to send money to you? Reply: We also have a MoneyGram account. You can contact our sales department – they will be able to better assist you in this matter and provide you with more details. Comment: I’ve just uploaded a logo for the header area, but it doesn’t show up. I’ve also tried using some custom text, but nothing shows up. Reply: When you change the appearance of your reseller hosting store and would like to see it online immediately, use the Quick Template Update button.
