We have made changes to the billing fee structure to better align with the costs associated with processing payments and managing the risks that come with handling higher retail price points. 

With these adjustments, we can continue to offer reliable and secure payment services while adapting to the increased operational demands of higher-value transactions.

The new billing fee structure will take effect starting January 1st, 2025.

Current billing fees policy:

If your retail price exceeds 100% of the wholesale price, you have to cover the billing fees for each product sale.

New billing fee structure:

• If your retail price is 50 – 74% over the wholesale price: 3.5% fee
• If your retail price is 75 – 99% over the wholesale price: 4.5% fee
• If your retail price is 100 – 124% over the wholesale price: 6.5% fee
• If your retail price is 125 – 149% over the wholesale price: 8.0% fee
• If your retail price is >= 150% over the wholesale price: 9.5% fee

We use these fees to cover the transaction costs imposed on us by all billing processors since each processor has its own fees based on the amount and origin of each transaction.

To see if you’re subject to fees, check your Reseller Control Panel. Visit any product pricing page – if fees apply to any product, they’ll be clearly displayed there:

The sole way to avoid being affected is to reduce your prices below the fee thresholds.

This will also help you offer more competitive prices on the market and potentially attract a larger number of customers.
