What will this new Live Chat client improve?
For one thing, the Operator client is much more stable than the one we were using. This means fewer customers disconnected due to technical problems on our end.
Another improvement is that the customer will see a much cleaner and modern interface.
The new software also allows us to track the visitors much better and to know the exact page each visitor came from and how much time he spent there before opting to chat with us. These are very important stats which will help us optimize our templates and give us a hint on how to build the future ones.
And let’s not forget the new functions of the Live Chat – visitors will be able to send files, enable or disable sound alerts for new messages or rate the sales representative they are chatting with.
