Just last week, we released two new TLDs – .NL and .BE and now, we have prepared two more for you – .IT and .AT! To check this out, you can take a look at the ever-growing complete list of domain names introduced into our system so far.
The .IT TLD is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Italy. Domains with this TLD can only be registered for a 1-year period and cannot be transferred, locked with the registrar or shielded via an ID protection service. Individuals may register only one domain name with the .IT TLD. A multi-year .IT registration is valid only for companies that are required to provide a tax ID when applying for the service. The Registrant and the Administrative contacts in the Whois information cannot be abbreviated.
The .AT TLD is the country code top-level domain for Austria. Again, domains with this extension can be registered for one year only, and cannot have their Whois information masked with an ID Protection service. Also, such domains can’t be transferred or locked with the registrar. There is no restriction on the number of domains that can be registered per person.
We have also new TLDs, .JP, .NZ and .NU, which will be released by the end of this week. Don’t forget to check our blog for the latest news from ResellersPanel
