Video Tutorials added in the Web Hosting Control Panel

Over the last weeks we have been working on a very special project – renewing the videos in our web hosting control panel. But once we had them all finished, we came across a new problem – the actual control panel was not build with video help in consideration. This is why we spent a lot of time on reworking the design, in order to allow for the new video tutorials to be shown in every menu section. Now, all of the menus are equipped with handy “Watch Video” links and icons. Our hope is that this approach will help the novice users in better understanding the functions of the control panel and reducing the load on our support team, allowing it to concentrate on the more complex issues reported. We have more improvements coming soon, too. On our dedicated servers section, you will see an that our developers are working on something very big – allowing our resellers to sell VPS and Dedicated server from the free reseller hosting templates that we provide, and the remote forms. I was able to check on the project’s progress and I can tell you that it’s going very well. Stay tuned and don’t forget to check our blog to find the latest from ResellersPanel!
