The last few years have been marked by a tendency for major players in the web hosting industry to increase their prices.
The company behind cPanel changed the entire business model and started raising their prices on an annual basis.
The price of .COM – the most popular TLD on the planet, has been steadily rising for the last couple of years.
Many other providers have followed in these footsteps, to either cover the rising cost of operations or to keep up with the current global inflation rates.
We’ve always tried to keep our prices as low as possible and to give you the best deals we can.
However, when our upstream providers change their prices, we’re forced to adjust ours accordingly.
Here is a list of the new prices for a selection of TLDs we offer under our Reseller Hosting Program:
There will be updates to the pricing of TLDs sold under our cPanel Reseller Program as well:
The new prices are effective as of today for all new domain registrations, transfers, or renewals.
How does this affect members of our Free Reseller Program?
We will change our wholesale-level prices and then update all custom prices keeping the profit level that was set for a selected TLD.
End customers who already have one (or more) of the above-mentioned TLDs will see the new prices upon renewal.
Customers who have a recurring contract that includes an affected TLD will have their contract adjusted in the next 7 days.
They will be notified of the upcoming change through our ticketing system.
How does this affect members of our cPanel Reseller Program?
After we update the prices on our end, we will modify all invoices that include any of the affected TLDs, for both active and expired domains.
Again, resellers with existing TLD registrations featured in their invoice will see the price adjustment in the next 7 days.
An email will be sent to all resellers explaining this.
