ResellersPanel WordPress Hosting Plugin Version 1.3 Released

The next major update of the ResellersPanel WordPress plugin – version 1.3 is now available for update. It adds new error pages and it addresses many of the problems reported by hosting resellers. We have also made lots of improvements to the overall functionality of the plugin – improved navigation, improved order process, updates to the order form and lots of other changes. We have also updated all of the available WordPress Hosting Themes to support the new features.

The fastest way to update your plugin and themes is from your WordPress admin area – in most cases it will tell when you have an update available for the installed plugins and themes. If you can’t see any available updates, go to the Dashboard menu and click on “Updates”. From there, click the “Check Again” button.

One of the biggest changes since previous versions of the plugins is that you can now save any page you have modified. This way, during the update process, your changes will not be lost. Here is how to do that:

Go to the admin area, click on the “Pages” menu and mark the “Don’t Update” checkbox for each page. Bear in mind that the pages are divided into different sections. You will have to click the “Save Changes” button for each section (if you have marked any pages in the section), otherwise your changes will not be saved.

IMPORTANT: You will have to mark the pages that you don’t wish to update before you update the plugin. If you update the plugin before you have chosen which pages you want to save, the changes to these pages will be lost.

Note that due to the huge amount of information the plugin downloads from our servers, the update process may take some time. It’s important no to close or reload the page during the update. Wait until you see the “Plugin successfully activated” message.
