After months of hard work on our administrators’ part and after a lot of long hours spent looking at various computer hardware configurations, we have finally completed one of our biggest projects – to update the hardware configurations for our dedicated servers.
Now the servers come with a more powerful CPU setup and with much higher disk space, traffic and RAM allocations.
What are the new dedicated server updates about?
You can check out the new server specifications in the table below:

With the new hardware also come new price tags.
Here are the new wholesale prices for our dedicated servers:
As always, web hosting resellers will be able to set their own custom retail price on top of the wholesale price for the dedicated servers from the Reseller Control Panel.
Another big change is that the dedicated servers will now be hosted in our new US data center – Steadfast, located in Chicago, IL
The dedicated servers hosted there will be housed in a brand new facility built just a year ago.
You can see how it looks at this facebook page.
The decision to move to a new data center was taken some time ago, and it took our CTO several months to find the right collocation partner – Steadfast Networks.
One of their major advantages is the quality of the support team – it is much faster than the support staff at our present US data center, Peer1.
Plus, Peer1 was running out of server rack space and we couldn’t house more servers there.
For the moment, the new data center will be available only for dedicated server hosting purposes, but soon shared web hosting packages will be made available as well.
