Automatic Translation in the Ticketing System

Over the past few months, we’ve been working on several improvements to make our services easier to use for both customers and partners.
One area we’ve focused on is communication with our support team.
Today, we’re happy to introduce one of these improvements – automatic translation for support tickets.
Language should never stand in the way of getting help when you need it.
How does the automatic ticket translation system work?
When a customer opens a support ticket in Spanish, for example, our system will automatically translate the message into English so that our support team can review and address the issue.
When our support team replies in English, the response will automatically be translated back into Spanish before it reaches the customer.
The translation works on a per-ticket basis. This means customers can open multiple tickets in different languages from the same account, and each ticket will be handled in the language in which it was originally opened.
If a customer switches languages in the middle of a ticket conversation – from Spanish to French, for example – our replies will continue to be translated into Spanish, since that is the language the ticket was originally opened in.
All automatically translated messages will be clearly marked, and both the customer and the support agent will have the option to view the original message.
Can resellers who provide their own customer support use automatic translation?
Yes. Automatic translation is also available for customer tickets handled directly by resellers through the Reseller Control Panel.
The same principle applies: tickets submitted in another language will be automatically translated into English, while replies written in English will be translated back into the language in which the ticket was originally opened.
This makes it much easier for resellers to provide support to customers in different languages without having to translate each conversation manually.
Do customers or resellers need to enable automatic translation?
No. The system is already up and running in the backend and is available to all customers and resellers.
There is nothing to activate or configure – translation happens automatically whenever it is needed.
Does automatic translation also work with Live Chat or email?
No. At the moment, automatic translation is available for support tickets only.
Will tickets opened by resellers also be automatically translated?
Yes. Tickets opened by resellers in languages other than English will also be automatically translated into English in our backend support platform.
A New Selling Point for Hosting Resellers
Automatic ticket translation is part of a broader effort to make our hosting platform more accessible to customers around the world.
Over the past few months, we have also expanded and improved the translations available in the Hepsia Control Panel, making it easier for customers to manage their hosting services in their preferred language.
Together, a multilingual Control Panel and automatic support ticket translation give our partners a valuable advantage when targeting markets where English is not the primary language.
You can offer customers a hosting experience in their own language – from managing their websites and hosting services to contacting support when they need help.
And you can do it without having to build a multilingual support team of your own.
This also creates new opportunities for expansion. Resellers can launch a second or third hosting store aimed specifically at a particular country or language market and reach customers they may not have been able to target before.
And we’re working on making that even easier.
We are currently preparing a practical guide showing how to quickly build and launch a reseller store using our Reseller API.
The API gives you the flexibility to go beyond our standard storefront and billing platform and create custom stores for different countries, languages, markets, or audiences.
The guide will be available to all partners in the coming weeks, helping you use these new multilingual features to reach new customers and markets.
