Phone Support Outage Due to Hurricane Sandy
As many of you have probably noticed already, we are experiencing a complete phone outage due to our telephone service provider being located in NYC (Sandy hurricane has cut off all power to the location where the provider is located).
Engineers are currently on standby, awaiting update from NYC authorities regarding Wall St. Power Grid. They will be deployed to restore services as soon as it is safe for them to work.
Update: as of 1 November 2012, 06:40 EDT, the phone service has been completely restored.
